Status

Underwrote.AI runs on a managed infrastructure stack — when a customer reports an issue, it's usually a known incident at one of our upstream providers. The links below take you to each provider's real-time status page so you can triage quickly:

Upstream providers

• Vercel status — application hosting, edge functions, CDN.
• Supabase status — Postgres database, auth, file storage.
• Stripe status — payments, billing, customer portal.
• Anthropic status — document extraction, IC memo generation.
• Resend status — transactional email.
• Sentry status — error monitoring (does not affect product availability).

Reporting an outage

If the app is misbehaving and the upstream pages above all show green, please email support@underwrote.ai with the URL you were on, the action you took, and the time it happened (US Eastern is fine). Screenshots help.

Subscribe to updates

Real-time incident subscriptions are not yet wired. For now the upstream provider status pages above all support email + RSS subscriptions and cover the platform layers that materially affect Underwrote.AI's availability.
