FAQ

Is a credit card required for the trial?

Yes. The 3-day trial requires a card up front. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time in between — we’ll email a reminder a few days before the trial converts.

Can I share a deal with a lender or LP without buying them a seat?

Yes. Pro users can generate magic-link read-only share pages of any deal. Recipients view in the browser without an account, no seat required. There is no Teams tier and no per-collaborator permissions — deliberately. See Scope for the model.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. From Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription you can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. Stripe stops invoicing during the pause; the subscription auto-resumes at the end of the window.

What if I need to cancel?

Self-serve through Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until that date. Your saved deals stay on your account on the Free tier after cancellation.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

Not at this stage. Pro is the only paid tier. If your team needs anything beyond what the Pro tier covers, email support@underwrote.ai and we’ll talk.

What we don’t charge for

Single-export pricing was retired pre-launch. There is no Recipient tier and no per-deal pricing. If you need an Excel workbook, that’s included in Pro.
